Managing seats and your plan

Settings → Plan is where you manage seats and see what's included.

• Full licence (office/PM): $39.99 per user per month, or $407.90 per user per year (15% off).
• Field licence: the first five are free; the sixth and beyond are $3.99 each per month.
• Viewer licence: free and unlimited, always.
• Controls (earned-value management, CPM scheduling forecasts, portfolio roll-up, SSO, and audit export) is an optional add-on: $299 per month, flat per account, at every account size. Scheduling and base budgeting are included with every seat — there's no separate toggle for them.
• Enterprise: once your account reaches 25 total users (full and field licences combined), pricing moves to an individually quoted plan — contact us for a quote.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Plan.
2. The seats panel shows who's on your team and their seat type — change a seat type here if someone's role has changed.
3. The modules panel shows what's included and what, if anything, is a paid add-on for your organization.
